The comfortable stay amidst chaos

The location was superb. Our room was surprisingly clean despite the surrounding chaos, a pleasant surprise.

The air conditioning failed to cool the room properly was nice. The staff's attempts to address the issue felt half-hearted, leading to frustration.

The director has personally and very kindly taken care of our reservation. The proximity of the motorway is a little disturbing. But the hotel is very easy to reach.

Instead of the booked triple room, we (2 adults, 1 child) got two double rooms with connecting door.

Sweet as location near the metro, but the breakfast was basic and needed heaps more variety. Staff were kind and helpful.

The location of the hotel is pretty good - within walking distance to a metro station. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Overall, a great, comfortable and clean hotel.

Although air-conditioned, the only thing I did not like about the room was that it was not possible to open the window.

The location to Disneyland is great.

The underground car park is very, very narrow!!!!

Carpet in the room was disgusting.

The hotel was easy to reach, the room was spacious and large. There is a bus stop within a few minutes walking distance and those who want to use the metro have to accept a few more minutes.

The entrance to the hotel garage is very narrow.

The room was decent size and updated with twin beds and the location was decent...

This hotel was a real 'treat'. The air conditioning didn't work and, oh, just one bath towel per person? How good! The reception lady acted as if filling my flask was an embarrassing request. I almost left a positive review but just couldn't, considering the absurdities. What happened to guest comfort?

Thanks very much for an enjoyable stay during a business trip. The units are modern, neat with a bathtub. This good basic hotel has a fantastic location to the local patisserie.

The entrance to the parking lot is tiny. The bathroom especially on the WC is very narrow.

the nearby bus stop makes getting around the city super conveniant. the bathroom felt tiny and cramped.

The room price contains the slippers, and a couple of hot drinks (tea and coffee). The area was better than we expected earlier. Clean room with renewed furniture. The hotel is close enough to the public transportation (M8).

There are no fridge in the room, the bathroom is as small as possible.

I think that the price/quality ratio is very interesting, my room was always very clean and the hotel personnel clean it at every hour. There is a supermarket near the hotel, a mc donald, 2 pizza restaurant, a brassery and a tabac (all 1 minute from hotel). The hotel Restaurant is cheap and very tasty.

The hotel is 4-5 minuts walk from the metro number 8 Charenton Ecoles but you have to do at least 30 min of metro to go to the principal paris attraction.
